When I walked into the room had a HORRIBLE ODOR. The shower had MOLD all over it I had told the cleaning lady she went in and sprayed it with WATER and had a DIRTY RAG she was cleaning with and said it s not coming off and tried to tell me it was MY HAIR DYE which was IMPOSSIBLE because I hadn't used the shower, and the shower curtain had SERRATIA MARCESCENS aka PINK MOLD all over it. The refrigerator door handles was BLACK and STICKY again she squirted water on it and said it's ok. There was LIVE ROACHES running around and there was DEAD ROACHES smashed on the wall. And that HORRIBLE ODOR that the room had was from the DEEPLY SOILED PILLOWS, and I was told I COULD NOT GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ROOMS.
